HEPA FILTERS

All our aircraft use High-Efficiency
Particulate Air (HEPA) filters (like those
found in hospitals) that remove up to
99.9+% of airborne particles such as viruses
and bacteria.

SANITISED CABINS

Best-in-class cleaning procedures are
followed on all our aircraft, in addition
to disinfecting passenger touch points
and surfaces before every flight.

SYNTHETIC LEATHER SEATS

All our aircraft are now being fitted with
synthetic leather seats. These non-porous seats
make it difficult for viruses ad particles to
penetrate inside them and can be easily wiped
off compared to standard fabric seats.

SAFETY SHIELD KIT

We are providing our passengers with a
'Safety Shield' pack – consisting of a face
shield, mask and hand sanitizer. To minimise
any kind of exposure, we are also providing
cover-all suits to passengers occupying the
middle seat.

PROTECTIVE MEASURES

Our crew and officials are made to go through mandatory detailed health check-ups. We are ensuring that all of them wear protective gear to deliver a safe travel experience.

Web check-in on www.spicejet.com or on the SpiceJet mobile app.	Check-in baggage allowance is 20Kg & hand baggage allowance is 7Kg. Add your check-in baggage during the web check-in process.	A baggage label will be sent to you during the web check-in process. Please stick it onto your baggage & ensure that it is prominently visible.	Your mobile boarding pass can also be used for travel.

BOARDING CLOSES 20 MINS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE

	Please collect your safety kit kept near the boarding gate. For added protection, middle seat passengers will be provided with a coverall gown. Please wear your safety kit before proceeding for boarding.

	You're encouraged to self-scan your boarding passes and display your identity card to the airlines official.

	We are boarding fewer customers at a time to comply with social distancing protocols. Please follow all boarding instructions carefully.

We have temporarily suspended food and beverage services on all our flights. Except for health purposes, F&B consumption is not permitted on-board.

Please limit your movement in the aircraft cabin. Unless absolutely necessary, avoid getting up and visiting the lavatories.
