We know that, in view of the coronavirus outbreak, you may be concerned about your flight booking. To ease your concerns, we have revised our cancellation & change policy.       Cancel Booking       Booking Period & Travel Date Cancellation Policy (for all booking channels) All bookings with travel date from March 25th, 2020 till April 14th, 2020. Bookings will be automatically cancelled with zero cancellation fee and a credit shell for the full amount will be created, which may be used to make another booking for the same passenger(s) for travel on or before February 28th, 2021. To make fresh bookings, please visit www.spicejet.com and at the end of the booking process, make payment using the CREDIT SHELL option.       Change Booking       Booking Period & Travel Date Change Policy (for all booking channels) All new and existing bookings with travel date till May 31st, 2020. Reschedule for travel till September 30th, 2020. Change fee is waived off for rescheduling one time.
