Full refund for SpiceJet flyers who test positive in SpiceHealth's RT-PCR report.

Terms and conditions:

.	The offer is applicable on new and existing flight tickets with SpiceJet where travel is pending.

.	The customer(s) name entered while booking the test should match with the name registered against the SpiceJet booking.

.	The offer is not applicable in case the SpiceJet ticket is purchased after booking the test.

.	The offer is only valid for Domestic flyers booked with SpiceJet.

.	A full refund* of the ticket value (excluding the Zero Cancellation Product fee – if purchased and Convenience Fee paid at the time of booking) shall be processed in case the customer(s) tests positive and avails this offer. Other services/fees shall be refunded as per the company policy.

.	This offer is not applicable if the passenger is a No-show for the flight.

.	In case there are multiple passengers booked on the same SpiceJet PNR, full refund shall only be provided for the person tested positive.

.	In order to avail full refund, customer(s) must cancel the SpiceJet booking within the stipulated time i.e. at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.

.	It is mandatory for the customer(s) to call the SpiceJet call center at +91-124-4967000 in order to avail this offer.

.	Full refund shall not be provided in case the booking is not cancelled within the stipulated time as per the policy.
